To edit in DukeRads you can either do it manually or write it in Word and then use this plugin: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=12298.
Create Account
An individual username allows you to customize the site and access a personal page where you can include info or articles; to do this email Kal this information:
Email Subject line: DukeRads New Account
Desired username: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx (no specific amount of characters required, try to keep it all alphanumeric)
Desired email address: xxxxxxxxxxx@whatever.com
You'll get a followup email with a default password that you can change under "My Preferences" at the top right.
